Ann will be the professionally trained chef providing the cooking demonstrations at our event. Ann has many years experience helping the BSH Group showcase their product line up to their customer base, explaining how to use the appliances effectively and get the best results.

Ann is an expert when is comes to making the most of appliance functionality and when these skills are combined with her wide range of culinary skills, including food styling, recipe development and food consultation, it’s a winning combination and an event not to be missed!
Ann’s fresh approach, expert knowledge and relaxed manner has made our previous events a huge success and so we asked her to come back once again, along with a few questions…
What do you like about cooking with Siemens appliances?
Siemens are always at the forefront of the latest technology innovation and it makes my job much easier as it allows me to provide professional consistent results and restaurant quality food.
What’s your favourite Siemens appliance?
That’s a tough one, but I guess it has to be the Siemens Vacuum Drawer which allows for perfect sous-vide cooking. Food is vacuum-sealed in the 99% airtight drawer, enabling optimal heat transmission and succulent results. High-end restaurants have been using sous-vide cooking for years to cook food to the exact level of doneness desired, every time and now you can have this functionality in your home too. Great for cooking head and conserving food for later.
What dish is the biggest hit at Live Cooking Events?
The mini yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horseradish crème fresh is always highly complimented and I’m often asked to cook more as they disappear far too quickly!
