Customer Requirements
Our clients wanted to drastically change the layout of their kitchen, which previously had a central peninsular causing congestion. To achieve a more spacious layout we had to undertake some significant structural changes to the kitchen and adjoining spaces.
We removed an under-stairs pantry, opened the hallway up to the kitchen by removing the doorway to allow more natural light to flood the area, removed the radiator to free up a wall for kitchen cabinets and installed hydronic plinth heaters that work off the central heating.
We swapped the position of the door and window around to allow you to walk straight from the hallway through to the back garden and liaised with the client’s own flooring company to ensure a smooth schedule to the installation.
No detail was left to chance – even easy entry into the new kitchen for the cats was taken care of with the cat flap and changes made to the back gate.
