What should be an exciting purchase can be made quite painful by being subjected to crude sales techniques and suspicion of many of the providers and their ability to deliver quality. This was not the case with Four Seasons. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. There was a genuine desire to understand what we wanted to achieve and lots of patience as we arrived at the design and then started picking all the elements, supported by great advice. Also, through the buying process you got a good sense that the delivery would also be good, and it was. We still have the original 3D images of the kitchen and it has been delivered exactly as promised and to a very high quality. The whole experience has been quite outstanding.
