Four Seasons Kitchens • Nov, 2017
Hello and welcome to the first of many Four Seasons’ monthly blog posts!
As a business geared towards creating your ideal kitchen or living space, we feel that process shouldn’t just start when you enter our showroom. Whether you’re just starting to look, you’ve recently finished your new kitchen project or if you’re a keen designer/industry professional, you will find content on here to inspire, inform and educate. From recent designs and completed projects, to new, innovative technologies and industry insights, we will be mixing it up each month to bring fresh and exciting posts, giving you the head start. With all of that in mind what better place to start than with the team who will be guiding you through not only your online research but your in-store experience too.
Our tight-knit team of 6 consists of two directors, Ian and Steve, Sarah who keeps track of our accounts and our passionate designers, Dean, Liam and Donna who is also our showroom manager. With a combined experience of 83 years and a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including qualifications in BAHons Furniture Making and FDA Kitchen Design (one of only nine in the country!), we have a solution for every problem and relish a challenge.
If you’re just starting your first renovation project or you haven’t undertaken one in a long time, you may be wondering what the importance of an independent company like ourselves is? A kitchen’s a kitchen, right? You have an oven or two, some form of hob, something to keep things cold and a bulk of storage, maybe an area for seating if you have the space. Well, it’s not quite that simple anymore and once you start looking into the sheer amount of what’s available it can be a little daunting. With more furniture manufactures than you can shake a stick at and enough appliance jargon to confuse even the most attentive of researchers, a helping hand from the first seeds of design through to the finished project will make a world of difference. That’s where we come in!
So, whether it’s face-to-face in our showroom or curled up on the sofa with your laptop and a cuppa, let us guide you through the world of kitchen designs and installations. If there’s anything you’re eager to find out, pop a comment below with a question or request for future content. We will be rotating the authors of our blog posts from month to month for different perspectives and areas of expertise.
Thank you for tuning into the first instalment.
Until next time,
Liam – Design technician
